At Sterling by Music Man, we want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned electronics and guitars must be in their original, mint condition with all factory packaging and documentation included.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your instrument back to our facility.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original protective gig bag or hardshell case and use the original shipping carton with sufficient padding to prevent movement.
Label and Ship
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, ensuring the shipment is fully insured.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition and electronic functionality, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
